Micro-Air, the New Jersey electronics manufacturer of the soft start for RV and what it claimed is the only aftermarket drop-in replacement thermostat for RVs, will be exhibiting at the RV Dealers Association Convention in Las Vegas. The show began today.
The EasyStart 364 soft starter and the EasyTouch RV WiFi thermostat with free smartphone app are featured. Both parts were aftermarket parts of the year award winners in 2019 and 2022. Scaled to the electrical needs of an RV, the EasyStart has 10 years under its belt with more than 75,000 in the field. KING said the unit will permit starts on small generators and two AC units on 30-amp power. Further, the company said its Double Down Extended Warranty is one-of-a-kind in any industry.
“We like to say that our thermostats do everything your old thermostat did, but more, and better,” said Roger Krinic, chief engineer at Micro-Air. “By year-end we will have a new and improved user interface for all of our 14 thermostats that replace about 20 different RV thermostats that carry the brand names of Dometic, Coleman, Furrion, GE and Atwood.”
