Stag-Parkway officials say they were pleased with results from last week’s show in San Antonio.

About 1,000 people from roughly 450 dealerships attended the Jan. 18-20 show at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center, which represented a notable increase in both the number of attendees and the number of dealerships that attended the national distributor’s 2009 show in Las Vegas, according to John Spaulding, Stag’s senior vice president of merchandising.

Notably, Spaulding said several exhibitors reported they did more business during the first few hours of the show in San Antonio than they did during the entire 2009 show, indicating that the RV market is beginning to experience a recovery.
