The new Tiffin Allegro Bay Super-C motorhome class brings to the market a long list of amenities, and its all-electric model option features a state-of-the-art Aqua-Hot 250D hydronic heating solution.

That RV debuts at the Florida RV SuperShow this week.

The Aqua-Hot 250D uses the Allegro Bay’s onboard diesel fuel and will operate off 12VDC for off-grid applications. When plugged into shore power, it can run on a 110VAC electric element.

Regulated by Aqua-Hot’s new RVC control, the 250D delivers 40,000 Btu/hr of warmth without cold spots or harsh, dry air, the company said. Low-voltage fans offer virtually noise-free operation of the heat exchangers. These key elements provide the residential-style warmth Aqua-Hot hydronic heating is known for throughout the RV industry, according to the two companies.

“The Allegro Bay is all about making room for an expansive lifestyle,” said Tiffin Motorhomes’ Andy Baer. “Because of its compact size, the Aqua-Hot 250D is the ideal heating solution for the motorhome. It allows for more storage without any sacrifice to efficiency or exceptional comfort.” The self-contained unit replaces the need for a water heater and furnace, and it does so with already onboard fuel and supplemental electric heating capabilities.
